The Nuova Simonelli MCI is an NSF rated, doseress burr grinder that leaves a small footprint but makes a big impression. Measuring a mere 6.5" D x 4" W x 13" H, you'll have no trouble finding a spot for it no matter how small your kitchen may be. Similar to their home espresso machines, the MCI benefits from Nuova Simonelli's commercial knowledge, sporting some of the same technology and the build quality as their more heavy duty machines.

The MCI grinds with a set of 50mm stainless steel burrs and a 150 watt motor. The Burrs on the MCI uses stepless adjustments meaning that there is essentially an unlimited number of grind settings. This allows for more precise control over the fineness or coarseness of your grind. Another benefit is that the burrs can be cleaned without ruining your calibrations, saving you time in the long run. For those worried about the noisiness of a grinder this small, the heavy motor acts as a counterbalance to prevent shaking or wobbling for quieter grinding overall.

For dispensing coffee you can select between manual and timed grinding with the timer control located on the bottom right of the grinder underneath the power switch. The timer can be set to grind in intervals between 4.5 and 15.5 seconds. As a doserless grinder the MCI will dispense directly into your portafilter for coffee on demand.
