Heating System

The unique Breville BMF600XL Milk Café features induction heating for gentle and even heat distribution. It can be set to deliver a cold froth or heat the milk as it is steaming or frothing. This unit is equipped with overheat- and dry-boil protection for safe operation. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the Milk Café will automatically enter standby mode to conserve power.

Included Accessories

The Milk Café comes with two discs—one for steaming and the other for frothing. When not in use, the discs can be stored directly in the unit for easy access. The BMF600XL also comes with a measuring cap for your convenience. You can simply measure out the ingredients and add them to the milk, while it is being steamed or froth, to create a finished beverage.

Simple Controls

A button, located at the center of the front panel, lets you start and stop operations as necessary. Turning the dial will let you adjust the temperature or select the “Cold Stir” cycle to achieve the desired results.

Milk Carafe

The stainless steel milk carafe features measurement markings and an easy-pour spout, making it ideal for daily use. It is also dishwasher safe for easy maintenance. The carafe can accommodate up to 3 cups of steamed or frothed milk.
